When you make an online purchase you have a statutory right to return goods (other than perishable or made to order/customised goods) up to 7 working days after receiving your order.
We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost) provided you notified us by email to email@example.com no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you received the goods, and the goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
If a product is damaged or faulty upon receipt please return it immediately and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
If you're not completely happy with an item, we will give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact. Please note that in the interests of hygiene hats, lingerie, hosiery, men’s underwear, jewellery, bath mats, duvets, mattress protectors and pillows cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or damaged, unless faulty. All items returned must be in their original condition. Watches and jewellery cannot be altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
The card used for the purchase will be credited with the refund.
